My Background
Originally from Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, I graduated with a B.A. in Communications from Villanova University and moved down da shore to work for NBC 40 in the mid-1980s. It was there that I created the longest-running health series in New Jersey called Health Update - short interviews packed with lots of great information. As the Health Reporter at NBC 40, I hosted a weekly 30-minute health program called Health Today for almost 15 years. When NBC 40 went off the air in 2014, I continued to do what I love, now hosting a radio program called Living Well with Robin Stoloff which airs every Sunday morning 10-11 am on Lite Rock 96.9 WFPG, Atlantic City. I have always been active in fitness, playing sports, and teaching group fitness classes. I created my own workout video on the beaches of Atlantic City (my free gift to you, just click the link above) and I have competed in fitness and bodybuilding contests.

What I Love
I interview leaders in the community and non-profit organizations, along with experts in medicine, safety, health, fitness, and more. We shoot segments on location, or at Absegami High School, where I built a set and work with the awesome media teacher and fabulous students. Many thanks to them for all their hard work. Through those interviews, I produce videos, host the radio show, and write a featured column for NJ Lifestyle magazine. Today, I am happily married to Richard Stoloff and mom to two beautiful children. I stay active by playing tennis, running, weight trainer, and yes, continuing to teach group fitness classes. I am blessed to do what love. It is my way of making a difference in some small way. I hope you will join me.
